MOVE BEYOND
MOVE BEYOND // SELF DISCOVERY
Online and In Person Series
Embodied Awareness & Creative Exploration
Move Beyond // Self Discovery is a continuous practice space for inner awareness, creative flow, and embodied presence. Offered both online and in-person, this journey invites you to explore the language of your body through intuitive movement, stillness, and ritual-inspired dance.
In this 5-week experiential series, we meet once a week to explore a unique blend of themes — weaving together elements, archetypes, somatic awareness, creative prompts, and meditation practices. Each session is designed to support personal transformation, deepen your connection to body and spirit, and reawaken your innate wisdom through movement.
Between sessions, we continue to share resources and reflections through a private group space — creating a supportive field for integration, inspiration, and mutual practice.
Rooted in the same intentions as the Move Beyond // Harmony workshop, this ongoing series offers a more spacious path of inquiry, unfolding layer by layer. It is a process of remembering — softening into your body’s truth, befriending your mind, and reclaiming your natural rhythm.
Themes and invitations include:
• Free and creative expression through movement and dance
• Reconnecting with the body’s hidden movement language
• Exploring presence, trust, acceptance, courage, and creativity through the body
• Observing the interplay between body, space, and emotion
• Remembering inner wisdom through the elements and archetypes
• Building healthy connections with nature, self, and others
• Gaining insight through cross-cultural embodied teachings
• Relaxing into softness, spontaneity, and joyful play
This is not a technique-based or therapeutic class, but a creative, experimental field of exploration. Movements are offered as invitations — not instructions. There is no right or wrong, only the unfolding of your authentic experience in the present moment.
No prior experience is needed. This space welcomes all who are curious to move, listen, and discover.
MOVE BEYOND // HARMONY
Workshop
Embodied Awareness & Creative Exploration
90/120 min Journey
Move Beyond // Harmony is an embodiment journey into awareness, presence, and creative flow. It is a continuously unfolding experience that begins with grounding and sensing, and gradually expands into a dance-oriented, ritual-inspired exploration of the body, space, and connection. This workshop invites participants into a state of inner harmony — a moment of recalibration where movement becomes meditation and dance becomes a doorway to deeper truth.
Rooted in practices of presence, improvisation, somatic awareness, and intuitive movement, Move Beyond offers a space to explore your body as a vessel of emotion, memory, and insight. Through rhythm, stillness, and dynamic expression, we soften the mind, liberate the body, and return to our innate creative intelligence.
Key invitations of this session include:
• Free and authentic expression through movement and dance
• Reconnection with the body’s hidden movement language
• Observing the relationship between body, space, and emotion
• Awakening presence, trust, acceptance, and courage through the body
• Remembering inner wisdom through the elements and archetypes
• Exploring healthy connection with nature, self, and others
• Integrating inspiration from spiritual and embodied teachings across cultures
• Relaxing into softness, spontaneity, and play
This is not a technique-based or therapeutic session, but an open, experimental space where movement becomes a language of exploration and celebration. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to show up, listen, and move.
Open to all levels and does not require any practice background.

MOVE BEYOND // BONDS
Intensive
Embodied Connection & Relational Exploration
2-day immersion
Move Beyond // Bonds is a body-based, experiential journey into the art of connection. Over two immersive days, we meet in a playful, sensitive, and deeply present space to explore the bonds we form — with nature, with ourselves, and with one another. Through movement, dance, touch, and creative interaction, we investigate how we relate, connect, give, receive, and set boundaries.
This process is inspired by the wisdom of Tantra, not as a set of techniques, but as a living teaching — one that invites deeper presence, sacred connection, and the full embrace of life through the body. Combined with intuitive movement, somatic exploration, and authentic relating practices, this immersion becomes a space where we gently unravel patterns, reawaken sensitivity, and embody truth in relationship.
Each day offers three sessions weaving somatic awareness, intuitive movement, conscious relating, and ritual-inspired practices. Drawing inspiration from nature, the elements, poetry, shared reflections, and trans-lingual movement spaces, this journey invites a renewed perspective on how we love, touch, and trust.
This is not a therapeutic or technique-based workshop. It is an open, creative exploration into the subtle terrain of intimacy, consent, and connection — a space to notice, feel, express, and re-pattern the way we bond beyond conditioning and habit.
Themes and inquiries we explore:
• Free and authentic expression through the body
• Exploring conscious connection with nature, self, and others
• Reclaiming the wisdom of touch, presence, and play
• Investigating boundaries, consent, and relational integrity
• Balancing giving and receiving
• Practicing saying “yes,” “no,” and “I don’t know” with clarity and care
• Meeting trust and surrender through embodied experience
• Sharing personal stories, reflections, and poetry on love and connection
• Dancing into intimacy, vulnerability, and freedom
Supported by movement, dance, music, improvisation, somatic play, and authentic relating — and inspired by the depth and wholeness of Tantra — this gathering invites us to remember the sacredness of contact and to move beyond fear, shame, or old narratives into a more truthful, joyful way of being with one another.
Open to all levels. No prior experience in dance, movement, or relational work is needed — only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
